Mass in memory of Eugene.

Eugene's 1st anniversary Mass will take place on May 19 at 7pm in St. Canice's Church, Finglas. Please spare a thought and offer up a prayer for him. It's been a year since his passing and he's still sadly missed.

Benefit Night in memory of Eugene.

A very successful benefit night was held on August 6, 2011, for our esteemed colleague Eugene Finane who sadly and unexpectedly passed away earlier in the year. Thanks to the support on the night and the generosity of Anne Spain and Eugene's entire family, a large sum was raised and donated to U.S.P.I. The members of U.S.P.I. would like to extend their sincere thanks to Anne and her family for this wonderful gesture.
Click on the photo above for pictures of the presentation of the cheque to Eamonn Quinn of U.S.P.I. and of Eugene's beloved motorbike (which was raffled on the night and won by Lena Moran)

wish to make the following announcement regarding
The Men's Support Groups of Ireland:
  • Announcement re MSGI:

Mission Statement

The Unmarried and Separated Parents of Ireland:

  • Is a self directed voluntary organisation which provides an information and support service to unmarried and separated parents.

  • To help make the public more aware of the prejudice that exists towards 'Separated Parents' in the Irish family law courts.

  • To seek judicial review and changes in law thus granting 'Separated Parents' the same parental rights as the Custodial parent, but only where this is in the best interest of the child/ren.

  • We aim to promote and support the role of the non-marital and separated parent in Ireland.

  • To help Mothers and Fathers gain their rights in a fair and unbiased manner putting the child/rens rights to know and be loved by both parents Foremost.

  • To protect the diversity of Family life and to campaign to promote a positive social policy in our modern society.

  • To overcome discrimination and isolation surrounding the non-marital and separated parents.
